WORK DONE: We had a substantial rear extension, completely new kitchen, new utility room & remodelling of old conservatory into family dining area. Nick, Josh, Glen & the team were always on time, always polite and they always updated us as the project progressed. The project remained within the original price estimates which Totus created, with intermittent, manageable bills presented as things progressed so that money could be ring-fenced & paid. We didn't knew any building companies having only recently moved to this area, so we went on the many many positive comments & customer recommendations following an enquiry on a Facebook page. We've seen lovely photos previous happy customers of Totus sent us of the work they had done, and felt that personal recommendations were the BEST way to get a quality building Co whose work would be of the highest standards. We did have to wait a few months for the work to commence as Totus are in demand, but they limit the number of jobs they take on as they don't over commit themselves, to avoid any possibilities of customers being let down. We would 100% secure this Co for future building & remodelling work of any kind (we have a garage project in the pipelines!). Horrible sub contractors, the project took twice as long as quoted, had to redo most work twice, over ordered materials, never finished the punch list, less than a year from when the work was complete and the new drywall and concrete had cracks. I contacted them multiple time because the contract covered issues within a year, and they never came to fix the problems.

I rarely write reviews however felt that after all the years of using Parkfiled Services I should share my experience with others. The team have just replaced my hall ceiling after a water leak and decorated my hall, stairs and landing plus bathroom and I couldn't be more delighted. They arrived on time (as ever) and were spotlessly clean and everyone was very professional and the work was completed to an amazing standard. Dean kept me upto date on the start date etc and I'm now going to be using them again with my kitchen build and replacement. Couldn't recommend then more.

Randy and his wonderful crew did an amazing job building us an incredible screened-in porch and extension of our main bedroom!!! They were always on time, so polite, left the construction area clean EVERY day and a pleasure to have at our home. We have completed 2 projects with Unique Builders. The ease of the working relationship on our first project naturally lead to engaging Unique for a second project. Bathroom Build-back and Remodel of Primary Bathroom and closet redesign The first project was completed with Marc and Scott. They were absolutely amazing at easing my stress and anxiety as we embarked on our first rebuild as homeowners. They explained everything that they were doing to eliminate the issues we were experiencing. The crews performing the work were very respectful and professional. When we had to call Unique back out for warranty work on this project and there were zero issues. Darryl responded within 24 hours of notice and Unique was out to complete the repairs within 2 weeks. Darryl was an absolute joy to work with and embodies customer service. Project number 2 for the bathroom build-back and remodel was completed with Ronen and material selection with Ana at the design center. At the time that we started working with Ronen the bathroom was partially demolished due to a water leak. Since the portions of the walls, shower, and vanity were affected by the water leak we planned to do a little bit of a bathroom update. In meeting with Ronen, we discussed how to use the space more effectively to make the space feel like a true Primary bathroom. The initial design we discussed in our meeting did not work out with the bathroom dimensions so Ronen took a shot at presenting a new design with our specific needs in mind. Ronen took our ideas and transformed them into a work of art. The design he shared with us exceeded our expectations. To be expected with any remodel there were tweaks to the design plan as different phases of the project fell into place. Ronen was able to provide his expertise and pivot on the design plan to ensure the integrity of the bathroom design was maintained. His eye for design is unmatched. Throughout the remodel we were beyond impressed at how every aspect of the bathroom pulled together. Ronen is an artist disguised as a builder. The crews for the bathroom were very respectful and professional. The communication was great and they addressed all of my concerns throughout the day to ensure my needs were met.

Previously came across when my Client [ a developer ] needed to get drawings done for a split of property into 2 flats. The previous plans where not great and they caused us may issues onsite. As a builder I can adapt but it help when plans are good. My client set me with the task of finding a new design team that also carried out engineering services. I found Bischell. The project went well and they were used again in the next development. I worked well with the team to get the drawings I needed, the engineer was a little slow but the details where really good. The reason I am posting this is that I recently managed to exchange in a property in Dartford and I only had Bischell in mind for my project due to the drawings I had previously received and used for the builds. Now I was the main client, lol. It was great working with the team and getting all my plans very quickly as I was nervous about wasting time now I had the keys. They sent Annie [ Architect ] to me within the next day and all the set was done by the end of the week. During the process I found there was a potential to avoid one beam so they modified the drawings to suit this site condition. Very happy. Will send photos when its done!

Chris Stout was recommended to us through a friend of ours who has worked with him on many jobs. Our friend is a glass guy and when he knew we were going to be embarking on this job, he immediately told us to call Chris. We are so happy we did. He came to us and gave us a fair estimate for our job. He did a full gut and renovation on our kitchen, family room, fireplace, main bathroom and basement. We couldn't be happier. Our kitchen although not huge, is fully custom. The color and finish were hand picked by us. The molding work and tile work is impeccable. His crew is friendly, always on time, works clean and very talented. We had full confidence in them from the beginning to the end. We have recommended him to a number of people that used his company and were all equally as pleased with his work. I remember one time after the job was completed, I had an unrelated plumbing issue. I called him up and he was at my house in 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and was on his way. That meant a lot to me. We came across Bond Construction after a number of interactions with other contractors left us feeling frustrated. Ed showed up the day I reached out and came to the site to answer questions and prepare a quote. It was clear from the start that Bond Construction would be a perfect fit for this project. Ed was able to quickly navigate the arduous co-op approval process and provided guidance along the way. The project consisted of a fairly extensive renovation of a 2 bedroom co-op apartment in lower Manhattan. Bond Construction completed the following: new flooring throughout the entire apartment, patch/paint plaster walls and ceilings, skim coat where necessary, updated electrical work (fuse box to circuit breaker), open up a pass through between living room and kitchen, a complete kitchen gut and renovation, install all appliances, install cabinetry, install new baseboard and crown moldings, build two large decorative beams with recessed LED lighting in living room, remove pedestal sink and install new bathroom vanity. There are lots of other details I have left out but needless to say Ed and his team did an incredible job with this project. Ed was communicative throughout the renovation and his team was extremely resourceful, as they were able to come up with creative and effective solutions to any issues or unforeseen challenges that arose during the renovation. Everyone that worked on site was friendly, respectful of our building's rules, and our neighbors. Most importantly, the project was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! We would highly recommend Ed and his team at Bond Construction and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
