Probably had the best customer service ever with Ahmed. Kept a good and funny vibe throughout the whole conversation and was very helpful with any questions we had and anything we needed to get done if needed. Would recommend for sure.

Roesina...An absolutely first class service from Roesina in the '3' shop in the White Rose Center Leeds. She resolved a very complex problem in 1 hour which the telephone service team were NOT able to resolve in over 14 weeks!..She definitely when above and beyond from a customer service point of view...THANK YOU !!!

I had a message from 3 telling me my mobile upgrade was due .I decided to use the shop in the White Rose Centre mainly because of parking and wheelchairs access .Parking was not a problem , and entrance to the building is all flat and level .The outer doors are all automatically opened as you approach. Access to the 3 store itself is very easy as there is no “door” , just a wide entrance way into the store. From a disability point of view it’s very easy to manoeuvre a large wheelchair around the display stations and access any of the desks . A downside of a large open doorway meant that all the noise,speakers and tannoys follow you into the store.For someone hard of hearing like myself I found it better to move to the rear of the store so I could hear what was being said . Thanks to Ahmed and Peter I was given a brilliant deal and my upgrade was a walk in the park !! Many thanks to both these guys for their help and guidance through the paperwork . A very enjoyable experience again ! 👍👍👍👍👍
