Drove from St Helens to this store as can park right outside. Important when walking is difficult. Brilliant and helpful service from Sophie who soon had my replacement phone up and running. Went back in after having lunch across the road as was unsure about something. Again very helpful and understanding with an 83yr old. Definitely recommend the staff for their care and attention. Thank you so much for your help.

Staff are shocking (with the exception of Liam) no accountability from store management and no systems in place to escalate appropriately. The Issue dragged on (still ongoing) for over a month all you get is it’s not our problem call o2 (who are no better), they just pass the buck. Staff sit around shopping on their phone and walk away from customers when they are talking
