Three network is horrible in my new area at G51 since I moved here 3 months ago, Dec 2023. I contacted online customer service multiple times and they acknowledged that the network has been bad and being worked on, and they don't know how long it will take to fix it. I was directed to an online technical staff who stated that the issue with the network in the area would be resolved in the next 24 hours which happened to be a false info, probably just to get me to leave the chat. I went to the three network shop, the staff I met checked network coverage in the area with her tab and saw it was bad and being worked on, she said there's nothing she can do and I was referred back to online customer services again. She said I'll have to pay out the remaining months of the contract if I terminate it or I just stick with them. I'm on a 2 year contract with unlimited data and I've only done a couple of months, network is very slow and it's frustrating. I'm regretting using three network

I was looking to switch phone provider as my contract has finished , here in the Three store they are advertising a SIM only deal for £11 about half what they want to give me at my present provider Vodafone. The guy here gives very good advice and of course, I will go back to Vodafone shop to see if they will match this offer. My advice? Shop around especially when your contract finishes.
