Romeo joined Top Dog 2 months ago, and he goes there most weekdays. The team have really made an effort with him, and he has settled in so well. He has a great time, and comes home knackered! They have also helped me out when my car has been in the garage, with offering Romeo lifts to and from daycare. Very friendly and supportive xx
Laura is reliable, trustworthy and absolutely brilliant with dogs. She has walked my Labrador daily for months while I recovered from a foot injury. She turns up regularly with a sunny smile. I had no problems giving Laura access to my home when we could not be here to let her in. Would not hesitate to recommend her and my dog says the same too.

We’ve been using Ozzies dog walking service since October and they are fantastic. Such a wonderful service and team, Jack loves his walks and always comes home ready for a nap! The online booking system is very easy to use and the service report photos are great.

She is great about sending along photos and updates and letting us know our cat is doing well, whether we're away for a weekend or a longer trip. It's also never been a problem to book cat sitting even on fairly short notice and the app makes it very easy to communicate. Kevin and his team are so good- they are very intuitive and carful to match your dog with the other dogs to walk with so that the dogs will all get on with each other. Kevin and his team are professional, caring, kind and a safe option for your precious pooch!! My pooch loves Kevin. Big dogs, small dogs, medium sized dogs- Kevin is brilliant with them all. Reliable, capable, and trustworthy. BKTT has been walking my rambunctious 115lb Great Dane mix for years without any issue or concern. He always looks forward to his walks and they’ve been a huge positive for his behavior and socialization. They especially went above and beyond when I had emergency surgery and was unable to walk my dog regularly for a few weeks.

Oh well, I guess I'm that unhappy customer. I should have listened to my instinct when our dog, that was usually very friendly, became scared and defensive towards other dogs after starting with them. To be honest I have absolutely no idea of what went on inside the vans or during the walks, but our dog eventually became very scared of other dogs and she didn't like being picked up by the walkers. I had to insist and ask to be sent the occasional picture and updates of her via text/whatsapp. Then, this morning, THEY LOST OUR DOG IN THE PARK. Apparently a bigger dog came and spooked the dogs from the group and the carer wasn't able to go after all of them. As a result our dog was lost for 3 hours and went out of the park and into the road by herself. WE THOUGHT WE WOULD NEVER SEE HER AGAIN. Eventually she found the way home on her own. When the neighbours found her she was shaking, had a bite from other dog on her face and is still not walking ok. We are taking her to the vet this afternoon. I said to Joe that we wanted to cancel any further walks. His answer was defensive: "that it was out of their control and this could have happened to anyone - another dog attacking one of their group". When he brought our keys back I didn't want to talk further as my mind was already made up. Instead of asking how our dog was, his last words were "we will charge you" (they have a 2 week cancellation policy). Needless to say, I don't recommend them. :-(

We have been using Paws on Pine since September of 2021. They were highly recommended by the doorman in our building. Heather, the owner contacted me immediately after I submitted my request and was super friendly, walking us through the process and explaining the care all their staff take with their foster pets. Mike was assigned as our personal cat sitter. From Mike’s first visit it was immediately apparent that he loves animals from the many photos he sent us of each of our cats. We could see right away how happy they seemed. Mike takes the most amazing photos of our fur babies. We told him that he should go into the pet photography business. We cannot say enough about how comforting it is to see our babies so happy while we are so far away. Mike also provides detailed texts prior to and during his visit – reporting on their food intake, bathroom habits, and how well they played during that visit. We believe that Mike genuinely loves his job and after a year and a half, we could not be happier with him and Paws on Pine. As a level 8 Google reviewer, I take my reviews seriously. I wish I could give Paws on Pine 10 stars; they are that good, and reasonably priced for all they offer.
