Worst company ever, took full payment for our blinds right up to last minute telling us our blinds would be fitted on the 20th of June knowing full well they were going into liquidation. The guy who measures for you was seen a couple days prior to liquidation still taking orders. Woman in office blatantly lying that blinds were on way that morning. We have lost a lot of money but I’ll fight for every penny back. Shame on the ones still lying to clients knowing we wouldn’t get what we’d paid for. Terrible thing to do to decent hard working folk.

Honestly the worst company to deal with! Avoid at all costs. Ordered our blinds for our new home on the 22nd March 24, fitting date arranged for the 16th April, we had to delay the date by one week as our sale of our home was delayed by a week, not a problem to Zone Blinds, rearranged for the following week, received a call to advise that our blinds had not arrived in the warehouse, not an issue, these things happen, no follow up calls, no rearranged date for fitting, call after call was answered with they had not arrived in their warehouse yet. Finally we got a date for our wooden blinds in May, these were fitted swiftly with the quote from the fitter "Aye Hen you'll be able to run round your house in your undies now" not appropriate! And all pelmets have fallen off apart from one of our brand new wooden blinds. Since then we have been advised our perfect fit blinds would be fitted today, promise after promise. Husband took the day off work, no confirmation from Zone, no fitter arrived........surprise, surprise! All calls went unanswered until my Husband had to withhold his number and then they answered. Apparently the fitter was rushed away to Hospital, I hope he recovers well however that should not impact on my blinds being fitted by a so called professional company. Promised a courtesy call back, no call was received. I was made to pay in full for my blinds in advance of any fitting and to date customer service has been shocking. You might pay more from a reputable company but it will be worth it to have your blinds fitted on time and stress free. I am disgusted by Zone Blinds.

Took my money in May and was due to get blinds fitted last Friday. They didn't turn up so went on website to get the phone number to find they had gone into liquidation. Robbers that's what they are !
