From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was going to have an amazing stay. I was immediately welcomed with an early check in. Then the room, wow. Much more than I expected. The bed is the best hotel bed that I’ve ever slept on. The view. The bathroom. All the details are phenomenal. I was on the 23 floor and hot water was immediate every time.
The food they provided at the conference was magnificent. The rooftop courtyard was stunning. The 2nd floor deck was stunning. Everything was just perfect here.

Great location close to cruise lines. Nice rooms & front desk was quick. Frustration came from asking if there was a complimentary breakfast. Was told by front desk it was & directed where to go. Upon entering, we asked the server again if it was complimentary to be sure we were in the right place. I was quite upset when I got my bill & was charged for 3 breakfast... 1 person ate NOTHING. 1 ate a small fruit bowl & 1 actually ate breakfast. Then we get informed that it's only complimentary if you pre-pay with your booking. They failed to mention that before. Bait & switch plus added charge. I expect the fees & extras in a resort area but this was very deceitful.

Located downtown means parking could be problematic unless you use valet. I appreciate the service and the property is amazing. When you stay here, you can see and feel the pride in keeping this place top notch. We highly recommend staying here when you are in Miami.
