This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been too ! Definitely worth every penny. The entire staff had hospitality out of this world ! Just amazing service and people. A worker named Sebastian helped us with our bags up to our room and gave us a small tour around the hotel to help show us around. So SWEET ! The valet is quick and reliable. Some other amenities they have are microwaves that they will bring to your room , a beautiful pool , and glass elevators with exceptional views. Would return again !!

My beautiful has been wanting to take me to The Bonaventure and eat at the "rotating restaurant," and it was a beautiful experience I can take to my grave. The food was delicious, but I've had better. What was way better than the food was the service. My wife and I were treated if we were celebrities or politicians, and the same can be said about everyone else. I could look around and see that every customer were treated as if they were the most important person in the room. I would definitely go back because the ribs were to die for. Food & drinks: I tried the crab wrap. I won't do that again, but the dumplings and the ribs and sweet Father in Heaven let's not forget the Samon. Incredible!

This is a very nice hotel. When I walked in, I immediately got assistance and great service. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby is huge and a little bit complicated to navigate but there were people to help. Then when I got checked in, I got a room on a high floor with a great view. The hotel is very nice, very beautiful and overall a great place to stay in downtown LA. Rooms: The rooms are big, spacious and all offer a great view. Nearby activities: There are tons of activities nearby and easy to get to. Safety: You need a key card to get up to the rooms and there's lots of security around as well. Walkability: Very walkable to several activities and places in downtown LA. Food & drinks: There are several bars and restaurants on site with great food. Noteworthy details: The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing but a bit interesting. But all of the towers are connected via hallways on all floors.
