I stayed at the Sofitel at Philadelphia for three nights and I was very impressed by the quality of the service and the facilities. Here are some of the highlights of my stay: • The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I appreciated the attention to detail and the amenities, such as the coffee machine, the minibar, and the TV. • The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me with my check-in and check-out, gave me recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and answered all my questions. • The hotel had several measures to promote sustainability and reduce waste, such as hygienic and sealed soap dispensers, and incentives for guests who choose to limit housekeeping. I think this is a great initiative and I hope more hotels will follow suit. "The urban Experience Fee " We had a nice stay at your hotel until we received our bill for the stay! the fee was "The urban Experience" when calling and questioning the "fee" I was told by. the front desk apprehensively that this is. a new fee this year as a resort fee. Sorry this is nit a resort it's simply a hotel. I then asked to speak to the manager who was very short with me said it was not resort fee but a fee for booking online. You by your new policy have made a nice stay too celebrating the wedding of my cousin to a stay in which have lost a customer who regularly travels.

Front desk, friendly, professional, and efficient. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Guest Services is very good. Concierge was excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent location with many restaurants around it. Very close to many attractions either walking or bus or short drive. Nearby activities: Historical sites and entertainment Walkability: Close by to many attractions and restaurants
