This vet is so upfront with information and helpful!! Their receptionist was willing to listen and gather financial information for me to prepare for the visit, they were amazing and so patient! I called about a possible ear infection for my cat — I was concerned about affording the visit because money is tight, and they were able to let me know on the phone what the cost of the visit would likely be. From the low end to the high, they broke down what each part of the service would be for; and, as it coincided with her needing her year's shots, and let me know which ones were the most pressing for her to get as an indoor only cat. We were seen the same day, within a couple of hours of calling. One of the members of staff came out with a notepad to ask preliminary questions and take notes. Her diet, bathroom habits, any treats she gets, behavior changes, dates, and times — even pictures of how her ear had progressed over the past couple of days. As an observant pet parent, I was glad to be able to give detailed answers to the questions — I appreciate that being attentive to my cat's habits can come in handy. They then took the notes, and her carrier, to the exam room at the back. I do wish I was able to be with her during check-ups, but I appreciate that they brought her back out to me as we discussed their findings. They gave her a broad course of antibiotics, so there was no need at that time for any lab work, and even gave her the first course that evening. They gave a detailed explanation on how to administer her care — an ear flush, then the antibiotics. Thankfully, the infection cleared, and there was no need for further testing. Her ears are back to their natural, sparkling clean state. The vet explained that it was possibly an allergic reaction to any recent food changes, discussed her overall wellbeing with me and answered any questions I had. They continued to be upfront with the cost of possible treatments she might need going forward, and I greatly appreciate being able to somewhat plan for future financial concerns in regard to her care.

This veterinary place is AMAZING!!! The women at the desk were super friendly and helpful. Danny the assistant was friendly,helpful,explained everything before hand and made sure my cat Lola stayed calm. Dr.Zamora was great he gave a few options of what was best for Lola,listened to all issues,didn't rush,and explained the cost of everything before hand. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place 100%.
