I have been coming here since 2007 for my first cat and two second cats, and would never want to go anywhere else. I had a 4pm appointment today for my 10 yo senior cat Talia who’s been having upper respiratory issue for nearly a week, and needed to see the vet asap. I called in the AM to see if we could go in earlier, and they were able to accommodate our need. We got there 20 min after the phone call. The person I spoke to was very kind, pleasant, accommodating and friendly. We were soon seen by Dr. Tumang today. Sadly, I couldn’t afford the treatment plan of $1250 recommended that will include x-rays, full blood work, etc.,. So we decided to get only the treatment that is urgently needed at the moment. I’m just happy that they are so accommodating and never pushy with getting you to spend $$$$ for treatments. The staff were great! Carmen, the nurse was wonderful and caring. I couldn’t believe that She gave my cat the much needed shaving on her bum for FREE! And she was so kind and patiently showed me how to administer the nasal spray. Thank you so much Carmen! I wish there were more nurses, doctors, and people like you! We came home and Talia seemed to be looking better already. Thank you again…

Expensive but honestly the same price as any other vet in SF & I always know my pup will be taken care of there. The medical staff is super attentive & knowledgeable. My little baby came down with kennel cough a few months back & the doctor who treated him came in full gear to protect himself & therefore other pups he would be treating after which made me feel super safe. Then, when I was still really worried about his worsening symptoms when I came back home, o called & the doctor actually FaceTimed me to take a look at my dog & instructed me on what to do & completely put me at ease. We are no longer in the area so I bring him somewhere else but I absolutely love this place.

We love Irving Pet hospital! We have been coming here for years and now have had three dogs under their care. We have seen a number of doctors and other staff and they have all been excellent and treated our dogs with so much love and care
