Shawn messed up my hair horribly. Over-toned it, took 6 hours and charged me *by the hour. Worst hair experience of my life and he had the nerve to rip me off in the process. $600 for the ugliest color on the planet, and nowhere near what I asked for. (and showed pics.) Also, yanked on my hair and pulled a ton out. Now I have to go to an actual professional to fix this mess and pay even more money. Here’s hoping the rest of my hair doesn’t break off.
