Best hair salon period. Not just the bay area, not just California, the best objectively. I have been coming to patrick evan salon for 5+ years, and the quality of service is unmatched. Particularly for the thermal reconditioning treatment I get, it is highly specialized treatment and Patrick is a master of his craft. I live in another state and I continue to return to SF for him to do my hair. Also equally important, the standard of care is so high. I wasn't completely satisfied with my results and Patrick personally corrected it and was so kind and patient with me to ensure my hair was completely perfect. There are few things I fly back to California for, but getting my hair done at Patrick Evan Salon is one. As a first time customer, I couldn't be more happy with the short haircut by Tess and get compliments all the time. She absolutely knows her stuff and understands ways to work with hair that misbehaves. My bangs, specifically, are perfect! In the 30+ years of getting short cuts, hardly anyone gets it right.

With many professional stylists Patrick Evan Salon is definitely the best hair salon in the city! I have been with Britney even before she joined Patrick, and she always makes sure the hair stays strong while getting the perfect colors! I’ve also had haircuts and balayage from a couple of other stylists and they were both great. I don’t think I can ever be disappointed with their services! Also I like their friendly staffs and ambiance!
