Totally unreliable and irresponsible. First, the representative, Daniel, showed up over an hour late for the initial appointment. Then, he didn't deliver the pest report in an hour as promised. I waited four days before I called him to find out what happened. He promised to get it to me by the end of the day, still nothing. I called headquarters who keep telling me they're going to escalate it. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a response. They just say they're going to escalate it, like I need a pacifier.

I needed help with rats and mosquitos. David, the Orkin tech, arrived promptly for his appointment and was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do to rectify the problems — and then he was very thorough in his work, going the extra mile to make sure the mosquito traps were properly secured. I recommend him and Orkin very highly

Victor, my main Orkin service technician, has been doing an outstanding job and doing so consistently over many months. So much so that I’ve investigated moving my termite service over to Orkin as well. Thanks for the great work, Victor!
