I cannot recommend New York Computer Help enough. I had a Mac that was severely liquid damaged and they diagnosed it free of charge. They got back to me quickly and I found them to be super genuine and willing to help. As they were fixing it, they found another issue but kept me updated the entire time and asked me before proceeding with anything. In the end, my Mac couldn’t be fully fixed, but they refunded me. The guys here have tremendous customer service and seem to actually care. So if you need any computer repairs, this is the place to go.

I had an exceptional experience with my son's Samsung tablet (S6 Lite ) repair service. Despite the tablet's cracked screen, the technicians were able to order the part and fix it in reasonable timeframe, The price for the repair was incredibly fair and the customer service I received was top-notch - quick, efficient, and highly informative.
