Worth every penny!!! We picked Warren to conduct our house survey based on the reviews we had read about his service. And the outstanding reviews were spot on from our experience. From our original enquiry to the receiving the completed full report, we have received superior service. Warren went above and beyond with accommodating a survey booking quickly, and produced the full written report in half the time that was quoted. Everything was clearly explained prior to the booking. And there were two particular aspects in the service from Midland Property Surveys which made working with them first rate: (i) the ability to specify a few matters about the house we wanted more attention to and (ii) having a same day telephone conversation about the survey findings. As a lay person I found the full written report easy to digest. As mentioned in other reviews, the cost of the survey is at the top end, however IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! A house is the biggest purchase you will ever make, you want to make sure it is the right house and moreover your projected figures for renovation/remodelling are realistic. For us, the survey report revealed a myriad of issues with the house we were looking to buy, which far outreached any reasonable negotiations on the asking price. The survey from Midland Property Surveys Ltd saved us from a very costly mistake. Without any hesitation we will use Warren again.
