Desidero condividere la mia esperienza negativa con la società Midea, a seguito dell'acquisto di una pompa di calore. Fin dall'inizio, la pompa di calore ha presentato problemi, manifestando errori di flusso sul pannello di controllo e rifiutandosi di ripartire. Il tecnico intervenuto, seppur gentile, ha effettuato diversi tentativi prima di optare per un collegamento diretto per evitare che rimanessi al freddo. Successivamente, il responsabile del sud mi ha contattato assicurandomi un pronto intervento con l'invio dei ricambi attraverso la loro piattaforma dedicata. Tuttavia, dopo circa 20 giorni e le mie ripetute contestazioni a causa del ritardo nella risoluzione del problema, mi hanno informato che la richiesta dei ricambi era stata erroneamente effettuata e che pertanto dovevano riordinarli. Ad oggi, a distanza di un mese, mi trovo ancora nella situazione iniziale. Nel formulare le mie critiche, consiglierei seriamente di riconsiderare la vostra scelta di professione. Die Geräte sind gut, zumindest was ich gekauft habe. Der Service sollte eine neue Bezeichnung bekommen, da er den Namen Service nicht verdient. So etwas übles habe ich noch nirgends erlebt.

Assistenza pessima,il numero per chiamare è di milano ma rispondono dall Egitto i pezzi di ricambio non arrivano, di conseguenza i tecnici di zona abilitato non possono fare niente, Possibile che noi consumatori non siamo tutelati? Mai piu Midea e aziende gestite dalla Cina.
