My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Matt and his team on the purchase of our Old Town condo. His knowledge of the downtown market was outstanding! He and his team efficiently scheduled the showings, and Matt always personally gave us the tour and important information about each property. After we put in an offer, his team provided us with helpful lists and recommendations every step of the way through closing. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for property!

Matt and his team were nothing short of fantastic to work with. Matt provided helpful advice and ideas that were tailored to our specific situation, needs and requests for selling our condo. Everything he promised he would do for us in the beginning was delivered on time or early, often exceeding my expectations. His team is incredibly organized and provided checklists and upcoming to-dos at each turn (I work in consulting/project management and was even impressed). With the amount of things that need to happen in order to list/sell a condo in Chicago, it was reassuring to know that his team was tracking and organizing each step, and I could always feel confident in knowing where everything stood in the process. Additionally, Matt was able to provide excellent recommendations for vendors surrounding the moving process (e.g. attorneys, moving company, rental property). I cannot recommend Matt and his team enough!
