I engaged with Clyde Property to sell my late father's flat. I hadn't sold a property in Scotland before but Clyde gave great advice and support. The standard of their marketing was excellent and as soon as the property was marketed they had set up a number of viewings, which resulted in an offer being submitted and accepted quickly. Clyde helped secure a good price for a flat that needs modernisation. I dealt with Jennifer who was brilliant and a credit to Clyde Property.

After a long search and lots of disappointment we found our dream home through Clyde. The team helped us secure a viewing quickly and were amazing when it came to making an offer. They struck the perfect balance of supporting their client (the vendor) and helping us secure the home we were desperate for at a price we could afford- something not all agencies can do. I can wholeheartedly say that if we were ever looking to sell (unlikely) then Clyde would be our choice of agency, without question.

If you want honesty and clear communication, DEFINITELY don't choose Clyde Property. If you want a response when logging issues with your rented accommodation, DEFINITELY don't choose Clyde Property. If you don't fancy the words 'condensation' and 'mould' being explained to you in a condescending tone by qualified scientists at Clyde Propeterty's front desk, then, DEFINITELY don't choose this bunch. If you want your £2k deposit back as they 'chance their arm' whilst trying to keep the whole lot, DEFINITELY don't choose Clyde Property. On a positive note: if you're a mug and are happy to pay extortionate rent with no support choose Clyde Property.
