Edit: To customers please know I was not informed this was a contract and I couldn't cancel until a year later. This is why this was such a problem. Thankfully I do not have major bug problems in my home so if I had been told I would've never signed up. So I have this company back in August 2023. I was working on under a grant funded program that unfortunately ended and grant was not renewed. I reached out to the company due to losing my employment and asked about a way to end the service. That is when I was informed that it would be a cancelation fee of 199. I asked if there was any way to waive it because I am a single mother with two children (a toddler that is 2 which of course comes with daycare cost because if I find a job I would need to ensure I could cover the cost). When it comes to customer service this is definitely not the company that provides it. I absolutely regret answering the door and signing with them because I would have had less issues with another company. (which I have in fact used and didn't have any issues using-Reed Pest Control was amazing. No complications and affordable. Let me know if you need the phone number)

No matter what you do you will be cheated. Under the one year contract, Hawxs will not schedule the final service appointment until after the contract is up. I scheduled the appointment before the one year contract was up, They said the soonest they could come would be the week after the one year. By canceling the service on the anniversary date, they cancelled the appointment even though it was technically already paid for. They said if I kept the appointment they would charge another month.

Friendly staff, especially Paul. He is extremely knowledgeable about the services they offer and how each service would benifit me. I live on a farm so of course I have all types of bugs and rodents but thanks to him I’m bug free in or around my house and garage where I was infested with silverfish, spiders, mites, ants cockroaches and bed bugs. Even the fleas are gone. All I can say is WOW. This is a must have service for people who are tired of insects ruining your backyard outings or get togethers. Thank you for your expertise and awesome customer support Paul. Looking forward to a long relationship with Hawx smart pest control. If I could give this man a 20 ⭐️ review still wouldn’t do him justice. Great product outstanding customer service can’t say it enough.
