It’s busy all the time. Have good quality of clothes at affordable prices; however the staff seem busy all the time. The store should work on opening all the tills/counters to ease the queue. Merely find any staff at the store; let alone seeing them assist customers.

Normally amazing staff. Today I went to pick up a collect item.
The compartment was empty. I pointed it out to the lady assisting and she acknowledged and then walked away.
A queue then formed and again rather then assist she walked away and let everybody else go in front of me.
Eventually I walked round the store and found a lovely young lady who spent 15 minutes trying to locate my order.
Shamefully the member of staff was more mature who was at worst ignorant and at best rude. Such a shame as Zara are normally exceptional when it comes to customer service.
Why don't you try a mystery shopper to see for yourself.

It always in mess, they really have very nice fashion but I prefer online shopping than in store.
By the way, the fitting room is back now in this store
