Went in with the little brother today (he wanted a suit for the races next month.) We had no clue on suit sizes etc. A lovely gentlemen called James went above and beyond helping us out. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was a great help. Great customer service and suit looks proper smart 👍

Overall, I enjoyed my shopping experience at Next Manchester. I found a good selection of t-shirts with real patterns, which is something I look for. The prices were reasonable for a boutique-style store. However, I was disappointed that there was no one to help with selection.

Amazed - Brilliant staff always going that extra mile I had an issue where I couldn’t get something in store, and one of the shop workers named Izzy helped me with this, and ordered it on the till for me for collection at my nearest next store, went to above and beyond. Brilliant customer service I will be returning.
