Poor communication, have to wait even after making it in time for my booking. The last time I missed a booking by about 20mins, a staff member made me pay half the price for arriving late and I still didn’t get my haircut. The late arrival fee was not mentioned in the terms and conditions whatsoever. I booked an appointment for today last week, only for them to cancel 1hr before the appointment. The good haircut does not justify the terrible experience.

My girlfriend booked her son in to get a haircut, with several weeks notice at noon. This was subsequently changed to 1400 but on the day they changed it again with only 15 minutes notice to 1550. When we complained that giving 15 minutes notice was not good service the member of staff said that it was the app’s fault and there was no minimum notice period. They really did not care at all. The attitude stinks and I got the feeling that they really didn’t give a jot that they were inconveniencing us, they were full anyway, in the end my girlfriend cancelled because of their terrible attitude. This was the second time they had messed up the appointments as well. Two out of two screw ups, there won’t be a third.
