Had them in for a quote we had seen on tv. Free installation. Thought we would check things out. salesperson showed up and we had to watch videos of the owner and listen to how great the company was. basically, we had to drink the cool aid. We finally got to the price for a 3ft by 4 ft shower insert they would take out and replace with 3 shower walls and door a base and taps and some grab bars that we did not really want cost =$14000.00. This was just for materials as I had stated the install was to be free. So, they give you 20% discount for labor? I have been around a lot of home projects in my time and have hired out a lot of work but never have I seen the materials outpace the labor by 80%. Check your numbers be careful.

I hired West Shore Home to install a 4x4x8 foot standup shower in my bathroom. The shower itself is nice and easy to clean, and it has not shown any signs of wear and tear. However, I was not happy with the installation process and the price. The installers did not listen to my preferences for the location of the shower units and handles, and they argued with me when I asked them to change it. As a result, the shower hose gets caught in the handles every time I use it, which is very annoying. I also had to call them back to rechaulk the shower because they used a faulty batch of chaulk. I paid over 20K for this service, which I think is too much for the quality of the materials and the workmanship. I would not recommend West Shore Home to anyone looking for a hassle-free and affordable shower installation (maybe if you have throw away money then fo for it).

Jansen kept us updated the entire day. Ivan,Jake, Teagan and Ed were able to ta walkin shower and when they left the shower was perfect. Our house ended up cleaner then when they arrived. All five men were pleasant and professional. Would recommend this group to anybody.
