My husband and I didn't like the security company we used in our old home, so this time around it was really important that we find a company that is honest, and delivers what they promise. I did a ton of research on different local and larger companies, and Security One was my top choice. When we met with them, I knew right away that they would be the best company based upon the professionalism of their customer service and their presentation. We were pleased that our rates would be low (and are locked in) and when installation day came, everything went well. The technician was super professional and knew the equipment well and took his time making sure everything was just right. Ultimately, we're really pleased with the equipment; it is really top of the line and better than what we used in our last home. The customer service has been great too.

I was referred to Security one by two tax clients on a Sunday afternoon. After a few texts with Claudio we had an apt for a Monday morning installation at 7am. His man Sergio was on time, professional and patient. The alarm and camera were installed timely. Sergio could not be anymore patient with me while explaining how to use the system both on my computer and my iPhone. The system is really user friendly and I feel confident that we are in good hands with Security one. You cannot go wrong using them.

I have had Security One as my alarm provider for over 4 years now and the service has been great. every time i have had a question in regards to how my system operates the customer service agents have been very helpful and always knowledgeable of their systems. I highly recommend to anyone!
