It was a terrible experience dealing Mike and his inexperienced labor. In the end I didn't get what I asked for and he doesn't care. Theres a shot of how they left the edge along the concrete, I cleaned it up. Left all my rock landscape with manure and dirt. Large are I fixed where they covered a sprinkler. I called RototillerGuy about my dying lawn. He talked with me about the different options and provided me information and his advice. He didn’t try to sell me his services. He told me his honest opinion based on what I was telling him and gave me tips on how to solve the problem myself. I ended up taking his advice and tackling my lawn myself. The results were great. I just wanted to highlight that he helped me out over the phone and even when I offered to pay him for the phone call he declined and said he was happy to help. Below is a before (the dirt picture) and after (with grass) picture of my lawn after speaking to RototillerGuy and following his advice.

I called inquiring about a quote for my sprinkler system not working. The technician was upfront about the cost and offered to help me trouble shoot it first over the phone for free. He wanted to insure he wouldn’t show up and fix the problem with in a few minutes wiggling wires. Sure enough it was an easy fix wiggling some wires. I can’t express how impressed and appreciative I was to see a business still operating with integrity and honesty. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
