Loved it, big space and plenty of machines and equipments to have your workout uninterrupted by waiting on free machines! There is a space for ladies only to exercise if you would prefer some privacy, found it a great idea which I have never seen it before! Only downside, the space has no natural light coming in.

Located in the Shawlands Arcade this gym has been going for a few years now, they have all the usual gym equipment that you would expect, the place is kept very clean and tidy and is well used but it's members who all seem to be very chatty and friendly enough.
