Came in at around 8.15 for a morning walk and the weather was 53 degrees and pretty sunny. There were some flying bugs surrounding muddy areas on the trail. I'd avoid it if it recently rained as the trail was very muddy despite not having rained for 2 days. Overall a great morning work out, definitely got the blood flowing.

I've been going here for about 6 years now. I would definitely say that it's a hidden gem worth visiting. It is pet friendly. You may spot a deer. There's a beautiful creek, boardwalk and sometimea berries. There is often dogs not on leashes. Due to gentrification more people are visiting this area. Unfortunately, caucasians there seem uncomfortable or off put by seeing other black people there. I pay them no attention and just enjoy the vibe ✌🏾💓 Dog-friendliness: People always bring their dogs there. I'd say it's super is super dog friendly Picnic area: Literally the perfect picnic area And it can be pretty romantic as well

The people here need to leash their dogs or someone needs to enforce it. Last time I came, a huge dog came charging at me and my sister while barking aggressively. Other than that, I do like the trails here. It’s a pretty short walk, but it’s quite naturey and shaded so it feels nice in the summertime.
