Additionally, portion sizes are described as generous and shareable. High marks are given for customer service, with specific mentions of attentive and friendly server interactions, including those where servers went above and beyond during birthday celebrations. However, not all experiences align with this positive outlook; some reviews express dissatisfaction with service, including an instance where the server did not assist with packaging leftovers and another where the service was described as subpar during a Thanksgiving dinner. Concerns and Threads

Notable among the complaints is a reported inconsistency in food quality during busy periods, including a pre-set menu for Thanksgiving that left some diners underwhelmed due to cold and improperly cooked dishes. Disappointments with service quality were also mentioned, pertaining to server inattentiveness and a reluctance to assist in packaging leftovers, which some customers feel is a standard hospitality gesture. Enjoyed the family style dinner for a Birthday Celebration, every bite of the food was AMAZING! Both salads were delicious, but the Caesar was the favorite. We paired the salads with some simple appetizers - Meatballs & Mozzarella sticks. For our main dishes we selected Spaghetti & Meatballs, Fettuccine Alfredo w/ chicken, Shrimp Scampi & Chicken Parmigiana, all family favorites! And to end the night with a treat, Chocolate Cake & Crème Brûlée. The service was spot on, our waitress was extremely attentive and very friendly to our requests… and we left with so many extras it made for another meal. Will definitely do this again!!

Went for dinner and it was very busy! This location is attached to the mall so parking is bad too. That’s the reason for the 4 star rating. Onto the good stuff - although it was at a busy time, we had a party 4 and was actually seated right away! We ordered the Crispy Zucchini Fritte, Italian Meatballs, Famous Rigatoni “D”, Eggplant Parmesan, and Mushroom Ravioli! Always plentiful! Portions are shareable!

This visit was for thanksgiving dinner. A flat price of $49 per person. Menu was confusing. Service wasn’t the best. Presentation was very poor. Some of our dishes were cold. Some sides were undercooked and overcooked. Fish was overcooked also. Almost no seasoning. Place was clean but not enough for an upscale restaurant. I set the bar higher for Italian food, unfortunately Maggiano’s didn’t met my expectations.
