The only issues I had with anything was the contractors not cleaning up the job site and the grass layout on my property could have been done better. Everything else was nice and smooth for the admin side and the employees were very helpful. Especially Ed.

Poor communication during entire process. Buyer walk through, we pointed out issues & they were ignored. We closed & the house still did not have the touch ups completed. Sales guy, kept calling us to come in before we signed, promising to keep us up to date with the process but only heard from him 3 times during the entire building process & heard nothing from him on closing/ after closing. At closing we weren’t even told where we could find our mailbox, had to just figure it out. If I could back, I would choose a different builder that treats its customers better, not just baits you in to complete the sale & then ignore you & your concerns the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend, do your research on these builders. There is plenty of builders who have much better reputation.

My LGI team delivered on their promises! My sales person (Lexie) walked me through the entire purchase process and was there to support me every step of the way. My loan officer (Rachel) made me feel comfortable when discussing the bumps and bruises in my credit report. She also explained every step of the financial process from start to finish. Even my builder (Johnathan) went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my house met my standards and likings both before and after closing. This is my third time purchasing a home and this team by far was the most memorable team to work with. I will forever be a fan of LGI Hones.
