Simon played a crucial role in helping me cope with anxiety and major life changes. So glad I found a therapist who was always genuine, patient, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Although I’ve taken a break from therapy, I’ll continue to use the highly personalised tools he’s shared with me over the past years. Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to start therapy!

If you have lost your way and are looking for a professional yet friendly and highly knowledgeable therapist to help you get back on track in your life, then Simon is the man you want to see. Simon shares practical skills and tools that you can easily apply in everyday life to help you make long term, sustainable change. I cannot say enough good things about Simon and his approach to therapy and cannot recommend him enough. He tends to have a waitlist but it's worth the wait.

Simon was a great help to me last year. I had started getting panic attacks and felt overwhelmed by my past. Simon helped me acknowledge and work with my anxiety and the unhelpful thinking patterns I had. I was also taught a lot about what anxiety is and what to do with those feelings. Simon is very friendly, comforting and approachable. He is kind and you can tell he is genuinely wanting to help. I’ve taken a break from therapy but if I start again I’ll certainly be back. Thank you Simon for everything! :)
