My neighbor is a manager in the company. I'd inquired in the past but procrastinated. He noticed a huge ant mound out front. I took a look and it was 10in wide x 6in high :-O. He sent a friendly heads up. Within 2 days, I was set up and serviced. Victor S was my tech. Very attentive with listening to problem area for the ants and spiders. Detailed treatment around the perimeter and in bait boxes. Generous use of product. I love that he took the time after the service to show problem areas target. He even went back and sprayed a small mound hidden in the grass that he noticed. Thinking ahead after noticing the basil and mint overgrown, he cautioned care around the garden area when I begin again. Perfect time for me it seems to take care of the ant mounds before they migrate into the beds. Lastly, he was sure to guide me on pet safety. I just let the pup out prior to service.
