The ER doctor saw our dog in 10 minutes, listened to us and triaged him accordingly. He needed stitches after running through our glass door. This is a very professional operation and the staff are very kind and understanding.

I have been coming here for more than 11 years. I was a client from the day they opened and they have always taken EXCELLENT care of my animals. The medical care is by the far the best for any emergency service in the area and the internal med vets ..Past and present are outstanding. The front desk staff Alli , Kendall and everyone else has always gone out of their way to be kind and helpful. People should not write negative reviews because of cost. It IS a business. They are not responsible for the cost of care. I'm in this for the outstanding medical care and that is exactly what is given here. I can't put a price on that.

I brought my dog in twice this week for some very scary, quickly escalating GI issues. Dr. Marks and every tech and receptionist we saw were wonderful. They were caring, gentle, reassuring, and most importantly honest about what was happening with my dog and the best way to take care of him. They were also transparent and sensitive to the fact that he needed help when I financially couldn’t take on lots of treatments. The cost of veterinary care is what it is- but they knew how to get the most information impossible in the easiest way for me. They were honest and realistic from the start and if you have pets…you know how valuable that is. 10/10. I hope me and Tank don’t need to see them again soon…but if anything that needs an ER happens to my fur family from here out I know exactly where I’m going! Thank you!
