Don't go here. The lady was so unhelpful. We were interested in 2 mattresses and immediately opened me a credit card instead of checking first if they were in stock. Both ended up being out of stock. She was supposed to call us in 2 weeks after they got new inventory....never called us. Go to Woodridge location and ask for Sandra M. She is great!!. She helped us with our couches and dining room.

First and hopefully last time purchasing furniture here. I purchased furniture and bought insurance for the future. Bed broke the year I purchased made a claim never heard anything from insurance, made a second claim and ins denied the claim. Insurance tells me its retail responsibility to inform customers they are not responsible for normal use and room place tells me its guardian responsibility to fix it. Either way my bed isn’t getting fixed and am just getting run around. Called Roomplace and seems like manager was suppose return call never did. Worst experience and customer service ever and the insurance that they offer is horrible. Think twice before purchasing. Delivery is fast but quality is not the greatest.

Shop around before you make this your final stop, unless you like overpaying for something that's not worth the price. I wanted the extra large chaise lounge chair, and they had it for $2400 with 30% off. I left and went to another store, and they had the exact same chaise lounge for $1299. And yes. The pillows came with it.
