The Devil'S Scribe Tattoo's customer reviews analysis

The Devil's Scribe Tattoo appears to offer a mixed experience to their customers. Reviews are predominantly positive, with numerous clients highlighting the ease of making appointments, the friendly and professional demeanor of the staff, particular piercers like Klaudia, Hanni and Sarah, along with the cleanliness of the studio. Experience with piercings especially seems to be pleasing to customers, with many indicating that piercers are conscious of personal circumstances, such as being accommodating to a customer wearing hearing aids. The attention to detail in piercing placement and the provision of informed consent and comfort during the procedure have also been applauded. Conversely, there are criticisms regarding the quality of aftercare and customer service, particularly when issues do arise. This ranges from complaints about piercings not being secure, perceived rudeness of receptionists, and disagreements with how aftercare complications were handled, resembling a lack of accountability from management. These negative experiences, although less frequent, are concerning and cast a shadow over the otherwise strong reputation of The Devil's Scribe Tattoo.

Positive Feedback

Key positive aspects of The Devil's Scribe Tattoo, based on customer feedback, include a user-friendly booking process, with several clients finding it 'super easy' to get an appointment online. The studio's staff receives commendation for being 'top notch,' 'kind,' 'accommodating,' and 'friendly.' Piercers, such as Klaudia and Sarah for instance, have been specifically praised for their attentive and reassuring nature, which provides a sense of ease to the customers. Additionally, the inclusivity displayed by the studio, such as asking for pronouns on info forms, adds a layer of positive experience for many customers. The cleanliness of the studio is frequently noted, and the quality of the tattoos is also acknowledged, with tattooists listening closely to client needs and delivering designs that match expectations. These highlights suggest that The Devil's Scribe Tattoo has built a positive image around their customer relations, the environment they provide, and the quality of their artistry.

Concerns and Threads

The negative aspects based on customer feedback primarily concern aftercare and customer service following a service. Some reviewers experienced issues with piercings, such as jewelry falling out or being incorrectly placed, which were not resolved satisfactorily. A case in point is a customer whose daughter's belly button piercing came out during sleep; the subsequent response from the studio was deemed lacking empathy and professionalism, with the manager reportedly coming across as 'confrontational & cold.' This could indicate a potential weakness in aftercare communication and service recovery. Additionally, instances of perceived rudeness by receptionists, a lack of effective intervention for aftercare complications such as the development of a lump, and inadequate warnings before potentially problematic piercing procedures paint a picture of inconsistent service quality and customer care in certain circumstances.

Really great place. It was super easy to get the appointment. I booked online in the morning and arrived in time. You have to fill out a form beforehand and then you'll be picked up straight away by your piercer. I don't remember the lady's name who gave me two more ear lobe and one helix piercing, but she was incredibly calm, friendly and easy to talk to. She was very attentive to where I wanted each piercing and made me feel at ease at all times. Although I nearly fainted by the third piercing (most likely because I did not have enough food beforehand), she was super calm and talked to me until I was fully back. I also asked for some advice for other piercings I'm planning to get and she listened and gave me excellent advice. It's a clean studio, very easy to find and staff are top notch.

I had piercings done here by Klaudia and she was SO kind and accommodating!! I wear hearing aids and she was so helpful in positioning my piercings to not touch my hearing aids, and she was comforting and reassuring through the whole process! Highly recommend this place and the staff are so friendly!

got a new tattoo today, Erem the tattooist listened to me and gave me exactly what i wanted. It is a tribute to one of my late husbands tattoos, (that was done in the 1980s ) it had to be very specific and he absolutely nailed it, i am so happy with the result. It also has my husbands handwriting from an old valentines card. I love it!.
