Sacred Art Tattoo's customer reviews analysis

Sacred Art seems to maintain a generally positive reputation among customers, particularly noted for the attentive and welcoming staff, as well as the professional artistic skills of their tattooists and piercers. Customer experience at Sacred Art is frequently described as exceptional. Artist Sam is particularly praised for her precise and comforting approach to piercings, while tattoo artists such as Mac, Garry, and Gaz are commended for their proficiency and ability to realize clients’ ideas into superior tattoo designs. The shop ambiance, described as quirky and adorned with eye-catching art, contributes positively to the overall customer experience. However, the company does face criticism regarding some business practices. There have been instances of dissatisfaction related to customer service, particularly in the management of appointments and responsiveness to client queries. Furthermore, the absence of card payment facilities and inconsistent business hours have been sources of inconvenience for customers. These operational issues appear to stand in contrast to the high-quality creative services provided and suggest areas where Sacred Art could focus on improvements.

Positive Feedback

Sacred Art's staff consistently receives acclaim for their friendliness and ability to make customers feel comfortable and welcome. The level of creativity and skill demonstrated by tattooists Mac, Garry, and Gaz in interpreting and executing clients' tattoo ideas exceeds expectations, which contributes to a robust repeat and referral business. Piercing expertise is also a standout positive aspect, with Sam's precision and client care during the process noted as particularly impressive. The shop's aesthetic and cleanliness are frequently highlighted, enhancing the clientele's experience. Additionally, the willingness of artists to go the extra mile, such as coming in on a day off to check on a client's dressing, reflects a commitment to exemplary customer service. While the feedback on customer experience is overwhelmingly positive, this does not entirely eclipse the operational drawbacks highlighted by some customers.

Concerns and Threads

While the overall impression of Sacred Art is favorable, there are certainly areas that demand improvement. A critical concern highlighted by customers includes the absence of card payment options, which is seen as a significant drawback in the current financial transaction landscape. This is further exacerbated by the reported lack of immediate receipts for bank transfers, raising concerns about transaction security and record keeping. Moreover, the allegations of unprofessional conduct by tattooist Garry and a reported case of substandard work leading to a client considering cover-up options point to inconsistencies in service quality. Additionally, customer frustration regarding the reliability of business hours, as indicated on Google Maps, and instances of locked doors during supposed operational times, suggest a need for better communication and management of opening hours.

Great place! Sam (the owner) did some ear piercings for me and the experience was like no place I've ever been to. She was such a good communicator and has a very high level of precision. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable, even when the adrenaline got to me and I felt really unwell. I cannot recommend Sacred Art highly enough, I will definitely be returning

I went here for my first tattoo. The lady at reception was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I showed her the tattoo I wanted, and managed to get a same day appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, they already had the stencils made up in different sizes. The tattooist did a great job. He lined up the tattoo perfectly and i’m very happy with how it looks. It did hurt loads, but maybe i’m a lightweight 🤣

If you have many already, or are looking for your first tattoo then I can not recommend Sacred Art enough. From the moment you enter you are made to feel extremely welcome and almost part of the family. My short consultation brought my idea into reality and I ended up with a much better design than I initially thought up. The friendly atmosphere continued from my initial welcome and all the way through the tattoo process. Mac was great, his vision of my idea and his skills have left me with a tattoo much better than I hoped for. I also got to listen to decent tunes as a bonus. The only downside is (as kindly mentioned by my brother in law) all my other tattoos now look sh#t in comparison. Andy gee Service: Tattoos
