Update: original review was a 2 star- moved up to 3 as I was contacted by the company and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience which I appreciate. Customer service was a great help. A day later I was contacted again by a lovely woman who wanted to hear out my concerns and frustrations - this company cares about their customers and I will try them again in the future. I read great reviews about this company online and was so excited to have them do my move out clean. I was sure it would be up to my expectations and would help us get as much of our security deposit back as possible, which is why I went with them. Unfortunately, after our first cleaning, we had to request a re-clean. Many of the home surfaces were not touched Including areas we paid extra for (windows/blinds/cabinets, etc.) The company was quick to get someone out to re-clean as we were in a time crunch which I appreciated. Upon returning to the house this morning, some area still had not been cleaned, including those that I paid extra for (windows, blinds, fridge). At this point, I have requested a refund for those additional services and will have to take time off of work today to clean them before our inspection. Sadly disappointed with the company and hoping that they will make this right. It doesn’t appear that this is the experience of many others so wondering if it was a bad day for the cleaner.
