Edit: Shelly from Queen of Maids made every effort to follow up with me after my review. It's obvious that she and this company REALLY care about doing quality work, and as such I have amended my star rating and I would absolutely recommend Queen of Maids. Original Review: Queen of Maids didn't do an awesome job on our move-out clean. They arrived at 8:15 and told my sister at 9:30 when she left that they had another hour and a half to 2 hours to finish up. I received a receipt asking for a rating at 10:04...so 30 minutes later. I paid separately for drawers to be wiped out and many of them were not. I think the sinks and tub were probably haphazardly wiped but not with attention or effort. I swept the floors a few days later and took photos of the piles of stuff that I swept up (attached along with several others). The did a great job on the parts of the fridge that they cleaned, but totally missed the butter container area. To their credit (and the only reason they are getting 3 stars), they refunded me for the drawer clean amount after I provided them with photos of the uncleaned drawers the next day. To be fair, I also did not give them a chance to make this right. I hate writing bad reviews, but I would only hire this company if you are home and can supervise.
