I am writing to express my complaint about an extremely unpleasant dining experience in your restaurant recently. My friends and I arrived at the restaurant at noon on March 19th, looking forward to enjoying delicious food and a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, we were troubled by a series of disappointing events.
First of all, I would like to mention the attitude of the service staff. After we entered the restaurant, we tried to communicate with a waiter to order, but he seemed impatient and indifferent. Our request seems to have been completely ignored, and he is not even willing to face us, let alone order. This attitude makes us feel very disrespected and neglected.
As customers, we hope to enjoy good service and delicious food in the restaurant, but our experience completely violates this expectation.
Therefore, I hope that your restaurant can take our complaints seriously and take appropriate measures, including but not limited to retraining employees, to ensure that similar incidents do not happen again. this was such a cute place and me and my friends had such a good time! our friend was visiting from scotland and it was a great place to go and talk and have a cutesy little drink. very friendly staff and the drink was super good, I got the hibiscus refresher :)

Came for the £10 lunch deal, staff were lovely and the classic burger and the steak chimichurri sub were amazing. Great price and would come back again.
