Chris B. was very helpful with the returning item. Refund was issued within 5-7 business days. Modani furniture has high quality furniture, very modern, elegant and we’ve bought many items from them. We are very satisfied with them. Me & my husband would definitely recommend buying from Modani furniture, we bought a beautiful white sofa, dinning table, bar chairs, king size bed, bedside tables, chest drawers and more.

We bought a lamp three months ago. It beautifully decorated our room until the base supporting the lampshade fell off. The lamp costs $550, and it's clearly a manufacturer's defect. When we contacted the store, they refused to help and suggested fixing it ourselves. I wasted $550. My advice: don't buy anything from the Modani store. The quality is poor and the customer service is terrible.

If you are considering buying anything from Modani Furniture I recommend looking elsewhere. I purchased 4 dining chairs and 3 counter stools at the beginning of May to be delivered at the end of the month. I paid for everything that day. Delivery day comes and they deliver 4 dining chairs and only 1 counter stool. It took me multiple phone calls and until August to get the other stools delivered only for them to be delivered damaged. I now have to wait another week for 2 new stools and now one is damaged. Another week another damaged stool is delivered. At this point, I still have a damaged stool. Their customer service is extremely lacking and their quality leaves much to be desired. Do better!
