So happy with our new carpets! The service we received at Kingsway has been brilliant - from measuring up to fitting, everyone has been amazing. We only planned on getting two rooms done but once they were fitted they looked so good, we ended up going back and getting the hall, stairs and landing done too! So pleased we chose Kingsway

From the moment my wife and i walked into Kingsway Carpets shop we were made very welcome by Neil. He left us alone to look through loads of samples and quality products we were spoilt for choice. We asked Neil for his advice, he helped narrow it down for us to take away 3 samples and arranged to visit our house within afew days to measure the hallway and lounge area(s). Neil gave us 3 quotes for supply & fit, this included screeding the floor to ensure it was level before installing the LVT. Neil advised us to go for the same product to run flush throughout the hallway and lounge which we are really pleased we took his advice as the finish looks amazing. The price included tackling a tricky deep step that was prominent within the door from the hallway into the lounge. The lads did a brilliant job by feathering the step out with the screeding to build it up so you would never have imagined there was a step there previously (as shown in the images). The finishing touches were applied using a white silicone to match our white skirting boards. Everything was completed within 5 days, we were very impressed with the whole process from start to finish, and ofcourse our amazing new flooring that will last for years! Thanks again Neil to you & the team at Kingsway Carpets for a first class service and product! 👏👏👏 We will be recommending your services. Thanks John

We decided to fully remodel our home over a 12-18 month period and Kingsway Carpets were recommended to us by one of our trusted tradesmen for all our flooring needs - carpets, LVT and cushion floor. Neil and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. The range of options was vast but they helped us to narrow down the suitable selections for each of our rooms, even signing up with a new supplier to secure the exact flooring we wanted. The prices were competitive and to ensure we were not hit with the imminent price increases, we paid upfront and they stored the flooring for each room until we were ready. Kingsway offer a full end-to-end service including measuring, rip up and disposal plus the fitters were timely, courteous, tidy and excellent workers. As expected in such a large project, we did have a couple of issues along the way but Neil ensured everything was quickly sorted to our satisfaction. In summary, we’d certainly recommend Kingsway Carpets and would definitely use them again.
