Absolute outstanding service and quality products. Honestly one of the best companies for finding appliances in the whole of Leeds. Don’t listen to the bad reviews they were very kind and friendly just a great experience and throughly enjoyed their services. I feel whoever tries out this company will have an amazing experience as they gave me such honest advice and were very genuine. Fully recommend 👍🏽.

Rang in week to get my washer repaired and asked to ring back saturday. Rang saturday left my contact details and was told engineer would ring. No call and wasted day. Rang at 5.35 however call out was now 50 quid not what i was quoted. Told me to text my details so i sent my address and model number of washer. 2 hours later now 7.40 no sign. Maybe he was expecting my card details to an unknown number. Like i would do that doh! Very suspicious think it might be easier just to get a new one

Found an appliance I was looking for on their website. When I tried to order on line it stated they did not deliver to my area. I emailed to try and look at how to find a solution but heard nothing back. I rang a week later and when I mentioned the appliance I was sourcing the call was disconnected. Rang back a few hours later and told very bluntly they no longer have any (despite it being shown as in stock on line) and again the call terminated. Actually am in shock.
