We had the most pleasant shopping experience here. We walked in. The ladies gave us some basic information then left us alone. If you’ve ever been shopping for furniture you’ll know what a rarity this is. We spent a good hour walking around the showroom. Trying every seat that took our fancy. A good sit, a good slouch and a bit of a lie down to get a good feel for them. No side eye and no popping up just to tell you about a special offer or free delivery or did we mention the spring sale is just about to end, making us want to run for the hills. As we were leaving we weren’t given the did you find anything you like or hey don’t go you’ll miss out on this special offer. We were told “hey if you didn’t see anything you like there’s another store a bit further down” We returned after a few hours of unsuccessful browsing elsewhere not with that look of ugh here they are to waste another hour of our time. But a pleasant welcome, the basics and peaceful browsing. With our decision made we readied ourselves for the hard sell. But we were sorely disappointed when within ten minutes of our approach we had ordered a corner suite, with a two seater a foot rest and throw pillows for easily half the price of equivalent at one of the initialled showrooms. We had a delivery estimate of 4-6 weeks as the suite is made to measure. Great that gives us time to get rid of the old one. But no two weeks and five days later we were called to inform us it was ready for delivery the next week. I picked a day which gave us a week to get rid of the old one. Unfortunately we managed to do that job a lot faster than we thought so I called to ask if they had any earlier dates for delivery expecting the runaround “oh all slots are booked or it’s at the back of the warehouse now you’ll have to wait, but no, the biggest inconvenience was being asked to hold on five minutes while the computer warmed up. Two days later we had our suite delivered exactly when they said it would be (we were told before twelve they knocked on the door at eleven thirty) they brought in all the pieces. Removed all the plastic wrapping and took it with them. Put the whole thing together asked us if we were happy then were gone. All within fifteen minutes TL:DR Excellent service Excellent prices Excellent quality Excellent delivery service Would highly recommend

It was worth a visit, went to have a look around for a new sofa and chair, no hard selling from the lady in the shop we were left to browse around the wife did not find anything she fancy we were about to leave when the lady suggested we have a look at other sofa following a conversation with the lady the wife was happy and we bought a two and a one reclining seater, it was delivered and assembled on Monday by two nice gentlemen who took the old 3 piece suit away. thank you.
