We have had a roach problem in our apartment for about 6 months now. This was the first time in 12 years we have had a pest problem. We tried almost every store bought pest control treatment we could find. The problem was only getting worse. So we called our landlord and found out we could have an exterminator come out and treat our apartment. We have had 2 visits in the past 5 weeks, and we are thrilled with the results. Not only are we seeing a noticeable decrease in roaches, but we were educates on how to get rid of then permanently. The exterminator came in and spoke with us about what he was doing and why. My partner and I are finally feeling we can end our roach problem. We can't say enough good things about the service we have gotten. Thank you!

Agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed gaps in the building foundation that needed to be sealed. He refilled the bait traps. He set out new sticky boxes to learn about pests in this area. Our new contract is reasonably priced. Future service runs are scheduled to accommodate our availability.
