Wolfpack Martial Arts's customer reviews analysis

Analyzing recent reviews, Wolfpack Martial Arts generally enjoys a strong reputation for its welcoming environment and tailored training programs, which accommodate different experience levels and ages. Several reviewers praise the coaches, Kevin and Michael, for their professionalism and ability to make classes enjoyable while maintaining high standards. Members appreciate the club's ethos of hard work and effort, balanced with an understanding that everyone works at their individual pace. The club's dedication to evolving and striving for excellence is apparent, as is their supportive, family-like atmosphere that extends from the youngest participants to older members. However, some concerns are evident regarding organizational aspects such as last-minute cancellations and potential oversight in differentiating workout intensity for varying fitness levels, which may impact overall customer satisfaction.

Positive Feedback

Positively, Wolfpack Martial Arts is consistently described as an excellent club with a strong sense of camaraderie and family. The trainers, particularly Kevin, Natasha, and Michael, receive high marks for their dedication, supportive nature, and competitive knowledge across various disciplines. The new gym in Livingston is cited as a valuable addition, and the club's continuous pursuit of excellence sets a positive tone. Members commend the nurturing environment for newcomers and value the tailored challenges that foster skill development across all abilities and ages. The inclusive atmosphere is a recurrent positive theme, encouraging growth in confidence and ability, and creating a loyalty that sees members looking forward to their training days.

Concerns and Threads

On the downside, Wolfpack Martial Arts has had instances where organizational issues marred the experience for some members. Notable criticisms focus on last-minute cancellations and a lack of communication, causing inconvenience to participants who arrange their schedules around training sessions. Moreover, concerns are raised about the club's approach to fitness and skill level differentiation within classes, suggesting that the 'one size fits all' workout may not suit everyone, particularly those new or less fit. Such feedback indicates that despite the club's numerous strengths, there's room for improvement in administrative reliability and adaptability towards individual fitness capabilities.

Since starting with this club it has felt welcoming from day 1. Kevin and Michael have been absolutely brilliant. Obviously you have different levels of experience and age ranges however everything is catered for, no-one will ever be expected to do something they are uncomfortable with. Standards are high, and the club expects hard work and effort, however its always to your level and never with people around you. Something we were told on day 1 too to help anyone settle in. I was part of a club many years ago, however wish it had been with this one. Ive not been disappointed and look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays. Great bunch of people to train with and Kevin and Michael make sure its enjoyable!!

My time at wolfpack was honestly mediocre at best. They provide a brilliant workout, but would often cancel less than an hour or half hour before lessons- even when there were longstanding issues (say, with the lights) and they were able to easily cancel over 12 hours before the lesson. Often we would arrive along with other parents and only then would we be informed, sometimes we weren't informed at all. If you are not already somewhat fit, don't bother attending- they didn't offer different exercise and workouts for people at different skill levels, so the unfit person at their first day was expected to work the same as the fit person who had attended for multiple years. While a difficult workout is definitely beneficial for someone who is unfit, it can be somewhat unrealistic to expect everyone to be at the same exact skill level.

Great club, kids have done kickboxing for many years, but joining Wolfpack a year and a half ago was a step up in quality of training and experienced fighters. Kev and Tash along with all the other instructors make the whole club feel like one big family. New gym in Livingston is an excellent add on to the facility in Granton. Always evolving always striving for excellence.
