Professional customer service and approachable team. Overall great experience: eye test, a wide range of frames (including designer), fast delivery, and helpful staff during collection. Blue Light Card (NHS) discount was also applied without any issues. This was my first time with Vision Express & I am really glad that I have decided to change my eye healthcare provider to this high street optician.

Their service attitude is really bad!!!! I went to the store to buy a new pair of glasses, and I waited for a long time without the salesman to introduce me. After that, I went to the receptionist and asked him to help me find a new sales, and I still waited for 10 minutes but no one answered me.

I’m disappointed with the service I received. The actual eye test was okay, nothing exceptional but nothing awful. However the main issue arose when I was purchasing my glasses. I asked about a student discount and was told I could receive one however when we went through the step on UNiDAYS apparently it “didn’t have the code” needed so I spent an hour trying to find any code I could on uni days and emailing and re emailing the same voucher all the while being sold a package deal I had already expressed I didn’t want. After a while I just wanted the experience to be over so purchased the glasses at full price. It felt like they only wanted my money and not to actually help me with my eye sight or to make sure I had a pleasant experience.
