Lady who did my eye test was great. Told I needed another test and was left waiting 25 minutes, then came over to tell me it would be about another 10 minutes so I left. They say when booking an eye test it is around 25 minutes, I was there over an hour in total and still didn’t get a completed test.

Long term customer. Returned yesterday with request for simple repair following a mishap. Front desk staff indifferent and dismissive. Their only suggestion was to replace. Visited small independent opticians this morning. All fixed within ten minutes with application of heat. Would suggest some customer care training is in order at the White Rose branch.
