We went into vanity fur to ask some questions on their services and the staff were very lovely and helpful we then booked to take our very nervous dog. The staff were all very patient with her and we was very happy that our dog was happy and comfortable being there. The staff was lovely, the venue was brilliant and our dog looks great. Would definitely recommend and would be back! Thank you!!

Great service would definitely recommend. The girls were lovely. I fully expected to get a call saying that jet was too anxious to be groomed (as this has happened before an other places and I’ve had to go in to assist) and when they said it would only take around an hour I was expecting it to take a lot longer so was even more surprised when they called to say she was ready in exactly an hour Jet hates the sound of metal clanging and hates crates. love that they don’t use crates when I came to pick her up I could see her in the pen and she actually looked happy and relaxed. On the drive home there was no excessive panting or signs of anxiety like usual. She looked so fluffy and smelt beautiful! Will be using again ❤️
