Went into Manchester on the 11th aug to size a ring I wanted to purchase. Size I wanted was in stock but I didn't want to purchase that day as I was going out drinking around the city so didn't want to risk loosing the new ring. Was told they would order me another ring and contact me when I could go in. A month later still waiting. Not for such an iconic and prestigious brand

Terrible customer service order placed 15 days so and still waiting. So disappointed 😞 wanted for my anniversary but no sign even though booked so far in advance customer services shambolic. Love this brand but feel so let down

I’ve bought a few pieces from the Store in Manchester, and our Advisor has always been Charlie (Xiao|). I wouldn’t say I’m a regular Customer, I may visit once or twice a year but this time when we visited, my Wife and I were greeted by Charlie, who also remembered our Surname which was a nice touch. The service as usual was excellent, polite and enthusiastic. We came out with a couple of pieces today as we were celebrating our Anniversary. Charlie you made a difference to our day yesterday and made us feel very special and we just wanted to say thank you. Regards Glenn & Tracey
