Amazing store! I was visiting for my 21st and thought I’d treat myself, I was served by Stefan who was an absolute pleasure! They were so professional and kind! Felt very welcomed and comfortable in the store with them, will 100% go back next time I visit.

Well… where do I begin! I took a trip into Pandora recently. I was blown away! That goes for both the selection of jewellery and trinkets available, and the impeccable service. I was a little lost, being a 68 year old man. I was looking for a Christmas gift for my wife of 45 years, Julie. I was greeted by the fabulous sales assistant, Erin. Erin was absolutely great and spent as long as I needed talking me through absolutely everything. She was caring and patient, providing a relaxing and informative experience for what I thought would have been a daunting task. I had many questions, and they were all answered. A huge thank you to the lovely Erin, from a very happy customer. Have a wonderful Christmas and I look forward to popping in again, hopefully soon. Best, Steve.

Not sure if the staff get wind of these but if they do. Annabelle was great and helped me pick out a little gift for my long distance girlfriend and was also really friendly and took a lot of interest into the relationship to help find a gift that she would love. Thanks a lot to Annabelle for helping because I'd be otherwise clueless
