I was so impressed with the efficiency of the technician. The technician, Givenchy Salmeron answered all of my questions. I know know how to take preventative care of my garage doors now. He was knowledgeable and I felt at ease knowing that my doors are working correctly now. I am definitely referring my friends.

The repairman was excellent and professional. He arrived on time and did a thorough check of the garage door before leaving. The only caution I would recommend is if you need to have your remote keypad replaced, be prepared to pay more than 3 times it's cost. (Outrageous). One and a half times (with labor) okay, maybe even twice as much, but more than 3 times was a shocker. Overall, I would definitely call them again for repairs.

The OGD guys went above and beyond. Joey installed our new garage door opener, and found that our motherboard had also been fried by a lightning strike. He personally placed a call to LiftMaster and had a new motherboard sent to us under warranty. Truly appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond on my behalf, not just tell me the problem, or charge me for something unnecessarily. 10/10 for service! On time, professional and friendly.
